What it addresses

The second job, started before they go.

Your programming covers recovery management — the plan that protects what a client has built. These worksheets sit beside that work and start a different conversation: who they want to be, and what they are moving towards. Started while there is still a clinician in the room to work it with them.

The pack

Five worksheets, in order.

Designed to be printed and worked with a counselor or case manager. Plain language, no course purchase, no email required.

Who I Want to Be in My RecoveryValues: the direction behind the work
Burning the BoatsActing on clarity while we have it
Your Choice PointThe moment between what shows up and what you do next
From Pushed to PulledBuilding a life worth moving towards
My First Week HomeWhere the pull gets tested — built alongside a continuing care plan

Also free

A 45-minute session for your clinical staff.

If your team wants to use the worksheets well, Michael will walk your clinicians through the ACT concepts behind them and how to work each one in session — virtually, at a time that suits your schedule. No cost, and no commitment beyond the hour.

To be clear about what this is

A resource, not an arrangement.

  • It is free, in both directions. Nothing is paid to your center for using the pack, and nothing is asked of you. There is no referral agreement, no fee, and no expectation that you send anyone anywhere.
  • It is not treatment or a level of care. The worksheets are resources to be used inside your own clinical programming, at your clinicians' discretion. They do not replace any part of your curriculum or a client's continuing care plan.
  • Mindset Evolution is a separate, paid course. It exists, it is mentioned on the worksheets, and clients are free to ignore it. It is a personal growth course, not therapy and not aftercare.
  • No client information is involved. Nothing here collects, requests or stores anything about the people you serve.
